The basics of how our cleaning service works.

Quotes and prices
Prices on our website are estimates. We confirm your price after the first visit. Private prices include GST.
Booking
A website request is not a booking. We contact you to confirm a day, time and cleaning plan.
Cancelling a visit
You can cancel for free if you tell us at least 48 hours before the visit. Later cancellations may be charged at 50% of the visit price (private clients only).
What our cleaners don't do
Our cleaners don't give personal care, handle medicines, drive clients, handle money, sign documents, use ladders or move heavy furniture alone.
Safety
Please let us know about pets, hazards or anything that could affect safety in the home. Our cleaners may stop work if a task is unsafe.
Complaints
If something is not right, tell us. We will listen and try to fix it. Complaining will never affect the service you receive.
