What's included
- You, your family or our coordinator sends us your list
- TidyKin checks and approves every list before we buy anything
- We pay with a TidyKin company card
- Cold and frozen items are bought last and go straight into your fridge
- We check use-by dates and give you the receipt
Good to know
- Up to $200 per trip. If it will cost more, your cleaner calls our coordinator before paying.
- You pay the exact receipt total, as a separate line on your invoice. Shopping time is charged at your normal hourly rate.
- Support at Home can fund the shopping time. Groceries are always paid by you.
- We never use your cash, cards or banking details.
- We don't buy alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, lottery tickets or medicines, and we don't collect prescriptions.
- We don't take you shopping or drive you anywhere.
What our cleaners don't do
These limits keep you and your cleaner safe. For other help, your aged care provider or care partner can help.
- Personal care, like showering or dressing
- Handling medicines or collecting prescriptions
- Driving you or taking you out
- Handling your own money, cards or banking
- Signing documents
- Using ladders or standing on chairs
- Moving heavy furniture alone
- Taking photos of people or documents (except shopping receipts)
