What's included
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces you can reach safely
- Kitchen benches, sink, stovetop and outside of appliances
- Bathrooms and toilets, cleaned hygienically
- Changing bed linen
- Emptying bins and taking them out
Good to know
- Minimum visit: 3 hours.
- Weekly or fortnightly, on a fixed day and time.
- Cancel for free if you tell us at least 48 hours before.
What our cleaners don't do
These limits keep you and your cleaner safe. For other help, your aged care provider or care partner can help.
- Personal care, like showering or dressing
- Handling medicines
- Driving clients
- Handling money, cards or banking
- Signing documents
- Using ladders or standing on chairs
- Moving heavy furniture alone
- Taking photos of people or papers
