You can use a Support at Home budget, an NDIS plan, or pay privately.
Support at Home
Support at Home is the Australian Government program that helps older people stay at home. It started on 1 November 2025.
Cleaning is part of 'domestic assistance'. If your support plan includes it, your registered provider can arrange TidyKin to clean for you.
TidyKin works with registered providers as an associated provider. Your provider stays in charge of your plan. We give them the visit records they need.
How to get started
Check that your support plan includes domestic assistance.
Tell your provider or care partner you would like TidyKin.
Your provider contacts us, and we arrange your first visit.
You may pay a contribution towards cleaning, based on your income. Your provider will explain it.
NDIS
If your plan includes household tasks, you can use it for cleaning.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Our price is within the NDIS price limit for house cleaning. In 2026–27 the limit is $60.10 an hour.
We send monthly invoices to you or your plan manager.

Pay per visit. Prices include GST and all cleaning supplies.
Regular cleans start from $70 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum. One-off cleans are $80 an hour.
We confirm the final price after the first visit.
