About this form
After each visit, TidyKin can share a short report with people you choose, such as a son, daughter or friend. This form records who can see your reports and what they can see. You can change your mind at any time.
Saying no will not change the service you receive.
Who can see your reports
You name the people who can see your reports, such as a son, daughter or friend, with their email address.
What they can see (you choose each one)
- Visit times — when your cleaner arrived and left
- What was cleaned — the checklist of rooms and tasks
- Photos of cleaned rooms — rooms only, never you, other people, or your papers
- Cleaner's notes — practical things the cleaner noticed, such as food past its use-by date, mail piling up, or something that could cause a fall
- Shopping — your shopping list, what was bought, the receipt and the amount charged
- Incidents — if something happens during a visit, such as a fall or a breakage, TidyKin will tell them
What we will never share
- Photos of you or anyone else
- Your personal papers, letters or screens
- Your door or lockbox codes
- Anything you ask us to keep private, unless the law requires us to share it or someone's safety is at serious risk
Good to know
- Our notes are not a health check. Cleaners are not nurses or doctors. For health worries, please talk to your doctor or care provider.
- Some notes are checked first. If a cleaner notes that you seem unwell, that your behaviour has changed, or anything unusual, a TidyKin coordinator reads it before it is shared, and may call you or your contact instead.
- Your Support at Home provider (if you have one) receives the information it needs under your care agreement. This form does not change that.
How long this lasts
This consent lasts until you change or cancel it. We will check with you once a year that it is still right for you.
